An Analysis Of Plumber Training

January 31st, 2010 — 10:38am

The salaries of Plumbers are often talked about in the national press. Within the UK, the figures of 30-70k p.a. are typical of Plumbers, mainly down to their low numbers. So, is this the truth of the matter, or are we being lied to? For an experienced Plumber, this amount of salary is both realistic and feasible. Those taking the more conventional ways to work will find it hard to reach the incomes of 70-100k p.a. that are sometimes achieved by the self-employed.

It is fairly usual to expect working hours of 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday with a reputable employer. Salaries of between 15k – 30k p.a. are easily achievable and will include typical benefits such as holiday pay and sickness allowance – what you’d generally expect from any UK employed status. However, if the self employed person is willing to work longer than the normal working hours then more money can be earned. This is especially the case where self-employed plumbers have opted to work in the domestic market, where their clients are at work during the day – requiring evening and weekend visits.

Also there is the factor of self-employment and whether it goes with some people more than others. Equally there is a need to manage good ‘business sense’, with items such as advertising & marketing factors as well as correctly assessing your own hourly rate. Similarly, to cover additional elements such as legal and accountancy fees and materials and transport, will require the planning of most self-employed people. While these can mount up, (although they should always be a very small proportion of your earnings,) so can the benefits received. And the downsides are nearly always outweighed by the proceeds!

Often customary work from employers attracts Student Entrants especially if it meets their needs training in working knowledge and experience. On the other hand, the Self Employed Entrant needs to increase their list plumbing credentials as soon as possible. That said the vast majority of self-employed plumbers appear to favour the ‘domestic’ instead of the commercial market. (Not all of them, but the main do!)

There does appear to be some union between certification relating to each path of Plumbing education and hence the industry. A key debate however comes into play when considering the issue of NVQ’s (SVQ’s in Scotland.)

From the beginning the Student Entrant instead of the Self Employed Entrant is much more reliant upon the NVQ requirements. In order to meet their client’s expectations the Self Employed Entrant will often need to use a greater range of certifications. Certainly, it is the qualifications aimed at meeting the needs of the typical household-based client base that self-employed persons need to focus upon. Having covered off the key elements of training within the college, the Student Entrant usually then enters the apprenticeship stage within the workplace – where the NVQ element can be assessed. By using this cheaper form of study the Student Entrant can make sound financial savings from the outset. It is often by gaining certifications faster, by being motivated by a more commercial standpoint that the Self Employed Entrant will achieve considerable financial benefits before a Student Entrant.

This clearly demonstrates the need for talk about careers, covering the certification and study required along with the expected financial rewards. It would generate serious hardship, for example, for an adult requiring 20k p.a. (to provide for their family,) to go back to college and spend 3 years in low-paid apprenticeship work. Furthermore, many Student Entrants have their studies paid for them whereas the self-employed students fund the variety of course themselves. For self-employed people these costs are set by the course structure and the level of certification sought and can end up between 3k-10k+.

Self Employed Entrants can consider a wide range of private technical colleges as opposed to the reliance on further-education colleges and that differentiates them from Student Entrants. Plumbing training companies can offer commercial routes in to reputable training paths that cover the necessary qualifications and skill-sets. The ability to train in evenings, part-time or in self study classes allowing people to continue with their existing job and maintaining their current financial situation remains one of the key advantages to Self Employed Entrants. With so many training colleges available, it makes sense to gather information from as many sources as possible. We’ve provided links and adverts from several, so why not book-mark this page (CTRL-D) so you can come back later to review your options.

Many plumbing students will go on to consider additional courses to increase their ‘marketability’. Key certificates in areas such as Gas, Green Energy and Electrical training can be provided by these courses. Gas training has always been a route for Plumbers to consider, as this forms part of the common domestic and commercial heating system.

With core subjects followed by NVQ’s, Gas Training is a thorough and exact training program. For those who trained as a plumber first and are now looking at extra skills this also offers many options for their on-going development. It could be said that the blend of training covering Plumbing/Gas training is better matched to the mature student. For the Mature Student the emphasis appears to be reducing the NVQ elements and focussing on the core subjects.

From this, the self-employed professional appears to suit the variable training schemes. To earn money whilst at the same time as gaining a wider range of perceived skills becomes a desirable prospect. This further enhances their commercial offering, instead of sub-contracting key skills to a third party. Of equal concern is the lowering of customer value as they have to wait for essentials to be handled by others and the reduction of the overall earning potential that ensues from sub-contraction. To have a higher value within their client base a Plumber needs to consider their relative skill sets that they offer.

In retrospect, the Self Employed Entrant has the potential to achieve a much higher and more readily available income stream than Student Entrant, but to do so they need to develop both their business skills and achieve a broader range of certifications. Note: This information relates to the UK market, policies and industry requirements alone.

Microsoft MCSA Courses At Home Considered

January 30th, 2010 — 11:24am

The Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator course is a great basis for anybody thinking of getting into network support. Whether you want to join the IT industry or are experienced already but need to improve your CV with a good qualification, you can find the right training.

To qualify for an MCSA it’s necessary to achieve pass marks in four MCP’s (Microsoft Certified Professional exams). If this is your first entry into computing exams, it’s likely you’ll be required to have some coaching prior to studying for all four MCP’s. Find a company that has industry experts who can guide you towards the right way to tackle your goal and who will get you started in the right place.

A lot of men and women are under the impression that the tech college or university track is still the most effective. Why then are qualifications from the commercial sector slowly and steadily replacing it?

With fees and living expenses for university students becoming a tall order for many, along with the industry’s increasing awareness that vendor-based training is closer to the mark commercially, there has been a dramatic increase in Microsoft, CompTIA, CISCO and Adobe certified training programmes that educate students for much less time and money.

Many degrees, for instance, often get bogged down in a lot of loosely associated study – and much too wide a syllabus. This prevents a student from learning the core essentials in sufficient depth.

Just like the advert used to say: ‘It does what it says on the label’. Employers simply need to know what they need doing, and then match up the appropriate exam numbers as a requirement. They’ll know then that all applicants can do what they need.

There is no way of over emphasising this: You absolutely must have proper 24×7 professional support from mentors and instructors. Later, you’ll kick yourself if you don’t adhere to this.

some companies only provide email support (slow), and telephone support is usually to a call-centre that will make some notes and then email an advisor – who will then call back sometime over the next 24hrs, when it’s convenient to them. This isn’t a lot of good if you’re sitting there confused over an issue and only have a specific time you can study.

Be on the lookout for colleges that have multiple support offices across multiple time-zones. Every one of them needs to be seamlessly combined to give a single entry point together with access round-the-clock, when you need it, with no hassle.

Don’t under any circumstances take less than this. Online 24×7 support is the only kind that ever makes the grade with computer-based study. Maybe late-evening study is not your thing; but for the majority of us however, we’re at work while the support is live.

How can job security truly exist anymore? In a marketplace like the UK, with businesses changing their mind on a whim, it certainly appears not.

When we come across growing skills shortages coupled with escalating demand of course, we almost always find a newly emerging type of market-security; driven by the constant growth conditions, companies find it hard to locate the number of people required.

The IT skills shortfall around the United Kingdom falls in at approx 26 percent, as reported by the 2006 e-Skills investigation. Accordingly, out of each 4 positions in existence across IT, organisations can only locate enough qualified individuals for 3 of the 4.

This disturbing fact reveals the urgent need for more technically certified computing professionals around the country.

Surely, this really is a fabulous time for retraining into the IT industry.

Think about the facts below and pay great regard to them if you think the sales ploy of ‘guaranteeing’ exams sounds like a benefit to the student:

Thankfully, today we tend to be a tad more knowledgeable about sales gimmicks – and the majority of us ought to grasp that it is something we’re paying for – they’re not just being charitable and doling out freebies!

The fact is that if a student pays for their relevant examinations, one after the other, they will be much more likely to pass every time – since they’ll think of the cost and therefore will put more effort into their preparation.

Find the best exam deal or offer available at the time, and save having to find the money early. In addition, it’s then your choice where to do the examinations – meaning you can choose a local testing centre.

Paying in advance for examinations (and if you’re financing your study there’ll be interest on that) is bad financial management. Resist being talked into filling the training company’s account with your money just to give them a good cash-flow! A lot bank on the fact that you won’t get round to taking them – but they won’t refund the cash.

In addition to this, exam guarantees often have very little value. The majority of companies won’t pay for re-takes until you’ve completely satisfied them that you’re ready this time.

Exam fees averaged approximately 112 pounds in the last 12 months via Prometric or VUE centres around the United Kingdom. So what’s the point of paying maybe a thousand pounds extra to get ‘Exam Guarantees’, when it’s no secret that the most successful method is a commitment to studying and the use of authorised exam preparation tools.

How to Make Solar Cells

January 29th, 2010 — 11:49am

I will begin in this short article by bringing to light some of the misconceptions about making solar cells and solar energy. Also I’ll talk about the motivations that people have and their interest in solar energy. Also I will talk about the science of solar power somewhat. I to will mention what the answers to the questions that many people have and can choose from.

A whole lot of folks want know how to make solar cells because of the large amount of money that they think they will save on their electricity. Some even think that selling power back to their own local electric company is an attractive goal. Both of these ideas are certainly achievable and are today being done all over the world. There does however need to be a clear understanding of what solar cells actually do.

Most commonly referred to as photovoltaic or PV cells. So photo, meaning light and voltaic, meaning producing voltage. These cells are a part of a modular system that can be expanded to produce either more current or voltage or both. Typically each cell is capable of producing one half of a volt, so a common array of cells is one that has thirty six cells producing eighteen volts. These modules can further be configured into larger panels producing yet even more free power.

For several reasons most people that want to learn how to use solar power end up with what usually turns out to be a much better solution. This usually involves pre assembled modules or panels because producing individual cells is usually done with a need for exact materials, specifications, and manufacturing procedures. In fact a search engine search for the phrase “how to make solar cells” will pull up more science project and novelty kinds of help rather than practical tutorials.

As stated before a lot of people become interested in producing solar power because of a desire to save money. But, unless they have the full knowledge, material and facilities to manufacture these cells this option is not available. Usually people quickly find that what they want to achieve can be better accomplished by building solar panels rather than solar cells.

Brad will teach you how to make huge amounts of money on electricity. Get his report on How To Make Your Own Solar Panels for free. s. His site at How To Make A Solar Panel teachs how some folks have even been able to make their meter spin backwards and charge the utility company.

Cisco CCNA Support Training – News

January 28th, 2010 — 9:06am

Should you be looking for Cisco training but you’ve no working knowledge of routers, the right certification is the CCNA. This training course was created to teach students who need a working knowledge of routers. Large companies that have a number of branches use them to join up their networks in different buildings to keep in contact with each other. The Internet also is made up of hundreds of thousands of routers.

Achieving this qualification means you’ll probably end up working for large companies who have many locations, but still need contact. Alternatively, you may find yourself employed by an internet service provider. These jobs are well paid and in demand.

The appropriate skill-set and comprehension before starting your Cisco CCNA course skills is very important. So talk to someone who can tell you what else you need to know.

Authorised simulation materials and exam preparation packages are crucial – and should definitely be supplied by your course provider.

Sometimes people can find themselves confused by practicing questions for their exams that aren’t recognised by official boards. Sometimes, the question formats and phraseology can be quite different and it’s vital that you know this.

Why don’t you test your depth of understanding by doing quizzes and mock ups of exams to get you ready for the real deal.

How can job security honestly exist anywhere now? In a marketplace like the UK, where business constantly changes its mind whenever it suits, it seems increasingly unlikely.

When we come across escalating skills shortages coupled with increasing demand though, we can discover a fresh type of market-security; as fuelled by a continual growth, employers are struggling to hire the number of people required.

Investigating the IT sector, the 2006 e-Skills investigation brought to light a more than 26 percent deficit in trained staff. Put directly, we only have the national capacity to fill three out of every 4 jobs in the computer industry.

Well taught and commercially certified new employees are as a result at a total premium, and it looks like they will be for much longer.

Undoubtedly, now really is the very best time to consider retraining into Information Technology (IT).

Proper support should never be taken lightly – ensure you track down something that provides 24×7 direct access, as not obtaining this level of support will severely hamper your progress.

Beware of institutions who use ‘out-of-hours’ call-centres – where you’ll get called back during normal office hours. It’s not a lot of help when you’ve got study issues and need help now.

The very best programs provide an internet-based 24 hours-a-day system combining multiple support operations throughout multiple time-zones. You will have an environment that seamlessly selects the best facility available no matter what time of day it is: Support when you need it.

Find a training school that offers this level of study support. Because only live 24×7 round-the-clock support provides the necessary backup.

It’s usual for students to get confused with one area of their training usually not even thought about: How the training is broken down and packaged off through the post.

Often, you’ll enrol on a course taking 1-3 years and receive a module at a time. It seems to make sense on one level, but consider these issues:

What if there are reasons why you can’t finish every section? And what if the order provided doesn’t meet your requirements? Without any fault on your part, you might take a little longer and not receive all the modules you’ve paid for.

To avoid any potential future issues, many trainees now want to insist that all study materials are sent immediately, and not in a piecemeal fashion. It’s then up to you in which order and at what speed you’d like to take your exams.

Water Heaters and The Technology

January 27th, 2010 — 9:25am

Many folks call for tankless water heaters at the moment. You can’t criticize them because these heaters have several benefits. Due to science, these water heaters disentangle a ton of problems that folks sometimes have in the past.

As the label implies, tankless water heaters do not need tanks to accumulate water. These heaters are in different figures and sizes. However, they’re definitely additional compact than the conventional water heaters. In conventional water heaters, water is placed in tanks. So, you’ll save the space that is designed for use for containers. They are perfect if your place is limited at your house.

These tankless water heaters manufacture water instantaneously. When the sensor tells that the water is nearly to move out, it robotically warms it. This allows warm water to be released straight away. When the stream of water ends, the system for warming also stops. It means you do not have to wait for the water to get hot. You furthermore might not have to worry that the warm water will run out particularly if you are showering. You’ll get pleasure from hot water when you want it. You’ll additionally change the temperature of the water if you want.

As you’ll see, this method saves you money because it only uses energy when needed. In standard units, water is stored in containers and is incessantly heated there. It does not be significant if you make use of it or not. They still use up power. Tankless water heaters these days use propane, gas or electricity to supply warm water. You do not simply economize, you also save the mother nature in the course.

There are units at affordable prices. The price range of those items vary a tad but this can be because of the diverse features in every brand. It is greatest to settle on whatever suits your requirements and finances. Tankless water heaters are required in each residence. Take advantage of all the benefits this bit of kit offers.

If you are searching for the best tankless water heaters, go for Bosch tankless hot water heater and you won’t regret it.

CompTIA Retraining In The UK – Options

January 26th, 2010 — 11:04am

There are actually 4 different sectors in the full CompTIA A+ syllabus, but you’re just required to achieve pass marks in 2 for competency in A+. Be aware though that only studying two of the four specialities could expose flaws in your knowledge when applying for a job. At least learn about all four – this will give you the edge in the working environment.

Qualifying in CompTIA A+ on its own will set you up to fix and maintain stand-alone PC’s and MAC’s; ones that are most often not part of a network – essentially the domestic or small business sector.

Should you fancy yourself as the person who is involved with a big team – supporting, fixing and maintaining networks, you’ll need to add CompTIA Network+, or consider an MCSA or MCSE with Microsoft as you’ll need a deeper understanding of how networks function.

Beware of putting too much emphasis, as can often be the case, on the accreditation program. Training is not an end in itself; this is about gaining commercial employment. Focus on the end-goal.

Students often train for a single year but end up doing the actual job for 10-20 years. Don’t make the mistake of choosing what sounds like a program of interest to you only to waste your life away with a job you hate!

Get to grips with what you want to earn and what level of ambition fits you. This can often control what precise qualifications you’ll need to attain and what industry will expect from you in return.

All students are advised to speak to an industry professional before they embark on a training program. This is required to ensure it has the required elements for the career that is sought.

Many people assume that the state educational system is the right way even now. So why then are commercial certificates slowly and steadily replacing it?

Industry now recognises that to learn the appropriate commercial skills, proper accreditation from the likes of Adobe, Microsoft, CISCO and CompTIA is far more effective and specialised – saving time and money.

Vendor training works through concentrating on the skills that are really needed (together with an appropriate level of associated knowledge,) instead of going into the heightened depths of background ‘extras’ that computer Science Degrees often do (because the syllabus is so wide).

Just as the old advertisement said: ‘It does what it says on the tin’. The company just needs to know what they need doing, and then advertise for someone with the specific certification. They’ll know then that all applicants can do what they need.

A service offered by some training providers is a programme of Job Placement assistance. The service is put in place to help you get your first commercial position. The fact of the matter is it isn’t so complicated as you might think to land your first job – once you’re trained and certified; the shortage of IT personnel in Britain looks after that.

Get your CV updated straight-away though (advice can be sought on this via your provider). Don’t wait until you’ve graduated or passed any exams.

Quite often, you will get your first role whilst you’re still studying (even in the early stages). If your CV doesn’t say what you’re learning (and it hasn’t been posted on jobsites) then you don’t stand a chance!

The top companies to help you land that job are normally specialist independent regional recruitment consultancies. As they’re keen to place you to receive their commission, they have more incentive to get on with it.

In a nutshell, as long as you focus the same level of energy into securing your first IT position as into training, you won’t find it too challenging. A number of men and women bizarrely spend hundreds of hours on their course materials and then just stop once certified and appear to be under the impression that jobs will come to them.

Can job security really exist anymore? In the UK for example, with businesses changing their mind on a whim, there doesn’t seem much chance.

However, a marketplace with high growth, where staff are in constant demand (as there is a massive shortage of properly qualified professionals), enables the possibility of real job security.

The Information Technology (IT) skills shortage throughout the country falls in at approximately twenty six percent, as shown by the most recent e-Skills study. So, for each 4 job positions available in Information Technology (IT), companies are only able to locate enough qualified individuals for 3 of them.

Achieving in-depth commercial IT qualification is thus a ‘Fast Track’ to achieve a long-lasting as well as gratifying living.

No better time or market conditions is ever likely to exist for getting trained into this quickly expanding and evolving business.

Programs for Cisco Training Clarified

January 25th, 2010 — 8:13am

Should you be looking for Cisco training but you’ve no working knowledge of routers, the right certification is the CCNA. This program has been designed to teach men and women looking to have practical know how on routers. Many large organisations that have various regional departments use routers to connect their networks in different buildings to keep in contact with each other. The Internet also is made up of hundreds of thousands of routers.

Because routers are linked to networks, it is vital to have prior knowledge of how networks function, or you will be out of your depth with the course and not be able to do the work. Look for a course that features the basics on networks (CompTIA is ideal) before you start the CCNA.

Getting your Cisco CCNA is the right level to aim for; at this stage avoid being tempted to do the CCNP. After gaining experience in the working environment, you’ll know whether CCNP is something you want to do. If you decide to become more qualified, you’ll have the knowledge you need to tackle the CCNP – which is quite a hard qualification to acquire – and shouldn’t be looked upon as otherwise.

A ridiculously large number of organisations only concern themselves with gaining a certificate, and completely avoid why you’re doing this – which is a commercial career or job. Always start with where you want to get to – don’t get hung-up on the training vehicle.

It’s common, for instance, to obtain tremendous satisfaction from a year of studying and then find yourself trapped for decades in a tiresome job role, as an upshot of not doing some quality research at the beginning.

You must also consider your leanings around career development, earning potential, and whether you intend to be quite ambitious. You need to know what industry expects from you, what qualifications are required and how to develop your experience.

We’d recommend you take advice from a professional advisor before you begin a particular training programme, so there’s little doubt that the chosen route will give you the appropriate skill-set.

Have you recently questioned how safe your job is? For most of us, this issue only becomes a talking point when something dramatic happens to shake us. Unfortunately, the lesson often learned too late is that true job security doesn’t really exist anymore, for nearly everyone now.

Security can now only exist via a quickly increasing market, pushed forward by a shortage of trained workers. This shortage creates the correct background for market-security – a far better situation.

The Information Technology (IT) skills deficit across the UK falls in at approx 26 percent, as noted by the latest e-Skills study. Or, to put it differently, this clearly demonstrates that Great Britain is only able to source three properly accredited workers for every four jobs available at the moment.

This one notion alone highlights why the UK urgently requires many more new trainees to become part of the IT industry.

Because the IT sector is evolving at such a speed, it’s unlikely there’s any better sector worth looking at for a new future.

Students will sometimes miss checking on a painfully important area – how their company breaks up the physical training materials, and into what particular chunks.

Drop-shipping your training elements one piece at a time, as you pass each exam is the normal way of receiving your courseware. Of course, this sounds sensible, but you should take these factors into account:

It’s not unusual for trainees to realise that the company’s ’standard’ path of training isn’t as suitable as another. You may find that a different order of study is more expedient. Could it cause problems if you don’t get everything done at the pace they expect?

Ideally, you’d get ALL the training materials right at the beginning – meaning you’ll have all of them to come back to in the future – irrespective of any schedule. Variations can then be made to the order that you attack each section if another more intuitive route presents itself.

Have a conversation with almost any expert consultant and we’d be amazed if they couldn’t provide you with many awful tales of salespeople ripping-off unsuspecting students. Ensure you only ever work with a skilled professional who quizzes you to uncover the best thing for you – not for their pay-packet! You need to find the right starting point of study for you.

If you’ve got any work-based experience or certification, it may be that your starting point of study is very different to someone completely new.

Starting with a foundation module first can be the best way to start into your computer studies, depending on your current skill level.

Wood Boat Plans – 8 Questions To Ask Before Getting Any Plans For Constructing A Boat

January 23rd, 2010 — 10:14am

If you have ever thought about building a boat from your own backyard, you might be interested to know about wooden boat plans. It is pretty handy possessing an internet connection these days. The planet is at your fingertips, and wood boat plans are readily available on the internet.

So you have went out fishing with your associate in one or two of his boats. You most likely love to fish and would not mind going more frequently but your friend is frequently busy when you want to go. You wouldn’t dream of asking your colleague if you could borrow his boat, but you really cannot afford to get your own boat.

Boats are extremely expensive. Even if you desired to get a simple small boat it can cost more than what you will be able to afford right now. With the right set of wood boat plans, you can create your own masterpiece and end up possessing your own boat for a fraction of the cost of purchasing a factory made boat.

What? Maybe you say that you do not have any boat constructing experience. You should not allow this to be something that will stop you from buying a good set of wood boat plans and getting a start on things. All you need is are some wood boat plans that are plain enough for a person with no boat making knowledge to utilize.

Imagine your colleague’s surprise when he calls you up to go fishing, but your wife answers the phone instead and tells him that you are already out fishing in your own boat! Hey, how about just calling up your colleague to ask him to go fishing in your boat instead of going fishing in his boat.

The most critical things to look for when you are searching for appropriate plans are:

1. Can a learner follow the plans? 2. How lots of plans will you receive for your money? 3. Is there support available on the site? 4. Will you be able to get your money back if you decide not to proceed with building your own boat?? 5. Are the plans designed by someone who has knowledge of boat building? 6. Can you download the plans right away? 7. Are the plans proven and are there credible testimonials on the site? 8. Are you able to get free bonuses along with your purchase?

If the plans you are considering have all of the criteria listed, then you are probably looking at downloading a pretty decent set of plans. You should make sure before you get that you have read about a money back guarantee. Any credible business will offer you your money back if you are not 100% satisfied.

Make a Homemade Solar Panel

January 22nd, 2010 — 1:14pm

Environmental sustainability has become an important consideration for many modern households. One way of showing eco-awareness is by choosing renewable, non-polluting energy sources, like solar power. Evolved technology, improved manufacturing techniques and assistance in the form of government rebates has made it easier and more financially viable to purchase solar panels for your home.

How solar panels work:

Ever wondered just how solar panels, or photovoltaic systems, work? They’re not like most other power sources that use turbines to create electricity. Instead, silicone crystals convert direct solar energy ‘ or sunlight ‘ into electricity through an instant reaction. It’s as simple as that!

Can I convert all my power usage to solar power?

Technology still limits the capacity of these babies. Most panels can only convert about a third of the incoming sunlight into usable electrical energy. So even if you had a large number of them, you probably couldn’t run the average family home off them without some help from the mains power supply. That doesn’t mean they aren’t worthwhile, though! They can cut back your electricity bill considerably, and in some cases even put a little money back in your pocket.

Using grid-tie systems:

While some households choose to go all solar, with a battery for back-up, the more popular choice is the grid-tie system. By linking up your solar power to the main power supply, you open up the potential to earn some money on any excess power you generate from day to day. Any power you supply to the grid is paid for at the retail price.

On the other hand, if a cloudy day or heavy power demands at night have meant that your solar power supply is running a little low, you don’t have to go without. Any power you take back from the grid will be deducted from the power you’ve already given. If you give more than you receive, then you can earn yourself a bit of a profit.
